I Received The Wrong Size

If you received the wrong size wallet phone case or garment please Contact Us Please include the full name on the order, the order number, and the correct size. Please also include a picture showing the wrong size. We will then contact you with instructions. We normally respond within 24 hours to all inquiries.


I Received Broken or Damaged Items

If you received a broken or damaged item we’re happy to send a replacement. please Contact Us Please include the full name on the order, the order number. Please also include a picture showing the damage. We will then contact you with instructions. We will replace any items damaged or poor-quality. We normally respond within 24 hours to all inquiries.


My Order Was Missing Items

if you ordered multiple garments of clothing and other products, and did not receive all of them, then please Contact Us

I Received The Wrong Design

If you received the wrong design please Contact Us Please include the

My Order Hasn't Arrived. Where is My Order?

If it has been more than 2 weeks for clothing or a mug order or more than 4 weeks for a hair accessory and your item has not arrived please check the tracking number we provided. If you don’t have the tracking number, we can provide it for you.

If tracking shows delivered, please check with your local post office and/or neighbors as often this is where ‘lost’ orders seem to end up. At peak times (like around Christmas and other holidays), please do allow a little longer time for your order to arrive.


If Tracking Shows Returned to Sender - Incorrect Address

We will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to the incorrect shipping address. You may request a reshipment attempt but will be responsible for fees associated with additional delivery attempts. Contact Us

Which Countries Do You Deliver To?

Outside of the USA We only deliver to Canada If you live outside of those two countries, our apologies but we can not deliver to you, at these time.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

For the states with sales taxes, we do charge sales taxes.

 

I Haven't Received My Refund, Where's My Refund?

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.
